Friday Five

What a wonderful first week of 2012 the past one has been. Each day seemed to hold more promise than the previous, and I feel like the days were filled with joy, even if no big events occurred. This week seemed to fly by and I feel like Friday completely snuck up on me. I've spent the past few days getting back into my daily routine, cooking and enjoying time spent in great company. For me the weekend holds relaxation, packing for an upcoming ski trip to Utah and ending with an evening in Atlanta. It's been the little things this week that have kept me constantly smiling....

[a new use for old things]
 [one of my favorite spots in Charleston, SC]
 [a monogrammed agenda from a close friend]
[welcoming the new color for 2012 via dinnerware]

    oooh I love these snippets! I have been dying to finish off a candle so I can use it as a brush jar... yours is gorgeous :-) And your vacay spot in SC looks like paradise.

    I hope your weekend is nice and relaxing! I hope to do NOTHING and so look forward to it! When do you come to my Utah for some skiing and where are you going??? We have totally been lacking in the snow department...I hope we get some before you come!
