chocolate+pb


There are few combinations I love more than chocolate and peanut butter. I've been trying to find an excuse to make this recipe for so long and this past weekend was the perfect excuse-- an all day tailgate party with a big group of friends. 

The pie was a cinch to whip up and I even substituted healthier options where I could (reduced fat pb, non fat cream cheese, light cool whip) and the pie was seriously rich enough that I bet the regular version would have been too sweet.






Needless to say the dessert was a big hit (even thought my beloved UGA Bulldawgs didn't pull out a win....) and definitely one I'll be making again.

    I love this pie! I made it for my Dad for Father's Day and he refused to share with his own brother and Dad! haha
