Burlap Designs

When planning things out for my new apartment I had to add in the fact that I now have barstools in the kitchen. Instead of buying placemats my mom and I decided to create our own! We're both big fans of anything burlap related and decided to use that fabric as our base. The letters were painted from stencils and we used acrylic black paint that we already had around the house. They were almost too easy to make and I even found my mom making additional ones the following morning for gifts.

I'm thinking of making some holiday related ones next- {cheer, hope, joy}
