If you follow me on Twitter than you probably saw that I was experimenting with recipes for my new Ninja blender last week. As I get older each Christmas seems to hold more practical gifts (ie: kitchenaid mixer, blender, kitchen appliances) than the year before, {but you won't find me complaining one bit} and this year was no excuse. When I came across this recipe for secret hummus I couldn't wait to put the high-powered blender to use and whip up a batch myself.
Verdict: Simple, easy and much better than the standard store bought hummus I've been eating.
Drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with paprika and bam! a healthy snack appears.
