A Festive Snack


I'm always looking for easy, on the go snacks that I can toss in my bag that are healthy, yet filling. Typically nuts aren't on the top of my list, but I've found a great, flavorful version that takes this average food up a notch.

These are seriously so easy, quick and you probably have all you need right in your pantry.

Pumpkin Pie Roasted Almonds

ingredients:
2 cups of almonds
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 tbsp. organic agave or honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
sea salt

directions:
Put the almonds into a bowl and add all of the remaining ingredients except for the sea salt. Mix the ingredients together so the nuts are coated. Spread the nuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
