Happy Friday and weekend from St. Louis!
The beau has a rare three days off in a row (!!) and we're heading up to Chicago to take advantage of the mini-vaca. It's been years since I've visited the windy city and B has never been, so we're planning to see and do as much as possible before reality strikes again on Monday morning.
Any and all Chicago recommendations are highly encouraged!

Get some deep dish pizza! Giordano's or Uno's but Giordano's is my favorite! Old Town Pour House is a fun place for food and drinks, really good beer (and especially since the Hawks are on tomorrow, it'll be a fun place to be!). Glazed and Infused is a fun place for a doughnut and a sweet treat (or Sprinkles or Sweet Mandy Bs or cupcakes!) Tavern on Rush is always a good spot and milk and honey too for brunch is great! ReplyDeleteI love Chi-town!! Both of my cousins live there (in the Lincoln Park area) and it's such a fun place to visit! You definitely have to take your beau to Gino's East or Lou Malnati's for the iconic deep dish :) Have a great time!!!
